My journey has been exciting. My sleep has improved enormously, which has then impacted on my energy levels. On my first visit I rated it as 2/10 and now happily report 9/10. My weight has dropped by 16kgs which also impacts on my enjoyment of moving especially with my 3 grandchildren. All these things help to make me happier and ready to enjoy retirement.
